Pulled Pork

Made in a slow cooker, this recipe is super easy and always delicious! I like to make pulled pork sliders by serving on dinner rolls or mini hamburger buns (potato is a good flavor).

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 2.5 lbs pork loin or tenderloin
  • 2 bottles light beer
  • 1 (28 oz.) bottle BBQ sauce (I like Bull's Eye original)
  • Salt and Pepper
Salt and pepper meat and place in slow cooker. Pour beer over the meat so it is just covered. Cook on low until well cooked and meat shreds easily (6-7 hours).

Remove pork from slow cooker and shred. Empty slow cooker and return shredded pork. Add BBQ sauce, stir well, and continue cooking on low (1-2 hours).
